I work with children, youth, and adults seeking greater well-being, resilience, and self-awareness.
Much of my work supports people navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges through creative expression and therapeutic connection.
Art therapy can also be preventative—supporting emotional insight, coping skills, and new ways of expression that strengthen long-term well-being.
Individual Art Therapy
Individual sessions using art-making and reflection to support emotional exploration, insight, and healing, tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
Parent–Child Art Therapy
A caregiver-supported approach where I guide connection, regulation, and communication through shared creative work.
Group Art Therapy
Creative group sessions focused on connection, expression, and exploring self and relationships through art.
School & Community Projects
Collaborative projects designed to support well-being, emotional resilience, and community connection through creativity.
Painted Pathways
Interactive painted outdoor spaces that transform walkways into creative, sensory environments that support movement, play, and connection.
