One-on-one art therapy offers a supportive space to explore, create, and reflect at your own pace. This individualized approach uses the creative process to foster insight, emotional growth, and meaningful connection.
Art therapy offers a unique path to healing, allowing thoughts, feelings, and experiences to emerge through visual expression.
One-on-one art therapy sessions take place in a quiet, welcoming studio. Each session lasts one hour and is tailored to the needs of each unique individual.
Sessions typically include:
A check-in followed by an introduction to today’s theme and materials
Time for guided or open-ended art-making
Exploring the artwork together to gain insight and understanding
No art experience required—it is about engaging in the creative process and exploring art as a form of personal expression. Whether you're new to making art or a practiced artist, you're invited to explore the meaning behind your art and artmaking processes.
People come to art therapy for a range of reasons, each bringing their own goals and intentions for the process. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your needs and create a personalized plan to guide your therapy.
