One on One ArtTherapy
Individual sessions that combine art making and reflective conversation to support emotional exploration, build insight and promote healing - tailored to each persons unique needs and goals.
A caregiver-led approach to healing. I guide parents in creating a safe, creative space for their child, offering tools and support between sessions as they lead the process together.
Positive and playful group sessions where participants connect, create, and explore themselves and the world through art.
Collaborative mural (and other) projects, designed with schools to support student well-being, build emotional resilience, and strengthen community through creativity.
Interactive, hand-painted trails that turn plain concrete into vibrant sensory spaces—encouraging movement, creativity, and connection in outdoor learning and play.
I work with individuals seeking greater well-being, resilience, and self-awareness. Part of my focus is on children and youth navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges, offering support through creative expression and therapeutic connection. While I primarily work with younger clients, I also welcome adults and people of any age.
More than a tool for healing, art therapy is also preventative—helping people develop emotional insight, healthy coping skills, and new forms of expression to support long-term well-being.
